Welcome to Speedy Order Delivery Services! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our courier services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

" refers to the courier, delivery, and related services provided by Speedy Order Delivery Services.
" refers to any item or goods that are being shipped or delivered.
Eligibility: By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the package, including the recipient's address, contact details, and any special delivery instructions. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
You agree not to ship any items that are illegal, hazardous, perishable, or otherwise prohibited by law. We reserve the right to refuse to carry any items that we consider unsuitable for shipment. WE will not deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the Law of United Arab Emirates.
Delivery Timeframes: We strive to deliver packages within the estimated delivery times provided at the time of booking. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen events.
Tracking: We offer tracking services for most shipments. You can monitor the status of your delivery through our tracking platform.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If we are unable to deliver your package after reasonable attempts, the package may be returned to the sender, and additional charges may apply.
Proof of Delivery: A signature or other proof of delivery (taking photo of your door) may be required upon receipt of the package.
Card Types accepted and Currency: We accept payments online using Visa and Master Card credit/debit card in AED.
Service Charges: Our service fees are based on the size, weight, and destination of the package, as well as the selected delivery speed. Fees are clearly outlined at the time of booking.
Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of booking or at the time of delivery, unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges.
Limited Liability: Our liability for loss or damage to your package is limited to the declared value or a maximum of 500 AED, whichever is lower, unless you purchase additional insurance.
Insurance: We offer optional insurance coverage for packages with higher value. If you choose to purchase insurance, we will cover the declared value of the package in the event of loss or damage.
Exclusions: We are not liable for loss or damage caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of war, or governmental actions.

Refund Policy: Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be provided for undelivered packages or other service failures, subject to our investigation and confirmation. Upon confirmation a full or partial return of money will be given.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that are illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to our company, our employees, or our customers.
Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction from which you access our services. This includes, but is not limited to, laws related to consumer protection, data protection, and intellectual property.
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of UAE.
